Meg Crossman is an experienced professional with a strong background in account management and customer success. Currently serving as the Team Manager for Account Management at OrderWise since May 2015, Meg oversees all IBS sales and renewals following a company acquisition. Previous roles include Head of Account Management & Customer Success, and Account Management Supervisor at OrderWise, as well as Accommodation Manager at Bainland Lodge Park. Meg's career began in the hospitality sector, with significant experience at various establishments, including being an Office Administrator at Priority One Electrical and Command Plumbing and Gas, and working as bar staff and a party host. Education was completed at Lincoln Minster School from 2004 to 2011.
