Miles Beckstead is a seasoned professional in customer success, currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at unitQ since 2022. In this role, Miles is part of the executive leadership team and has developed customer-facing functions, including Customer Success, Implementation, Support, and Professional Services, utilizing AI to enhance product quality for major companies such as Uber and PayPal. Prior to unitQ, Miles held the position of Director of Customer Success at Iterable from 2017 to 2022, where significant growth was achieved within the Customer Success team. Additional experience includes roles at Cloudwords, Inc., UserTesting, and various positions in customer support and analysis. Miles holds a degree in International Studies with a focus on Business from Brigham Young University - Idaho.
