Shu-Fang Su has a diverse range of work experience, with their most recent position being as a Project Manager at Orchard Custom Beauty since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Rivièra Maison as an Inbound Coordinator from July 2021 to August 2022, where they were responsible for various tasks related to supply chain management.

Before their role at Rivièra Maison, Shu-Fang Su held the position of Product & Sourcing Administrator/Assistant at McGregor from December 2018 to April 2021. Shu-Fang also worked at CLUSE as a Support/Back Office Representative from 2017 to November 2018 and at McGregor Fashion Group as a Finance Administrator in 2016.

Shu-Fang'searlier experiences include working as a Sales Assistant at de Bijenkorf from October 2014 to April 2016 and as a Marketing Intern at BMO Australia ® from September 2014 to February 2015.

Shu-Fang Su obtained a Bachelor's Degree in International Business and Management Studies from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences from 2011 to 2015. In 2014, they also attended Laurea University of Applied Sciences, studying International business and management. In 2005 to 2006, Shu-Fang Su took an Intensive Chinese language course at Fudan University. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including the Cambridge English Level 2 Certificate in ESOL International (Business Higher) from Cambridge English Language Assessment in 2015, The Fresh Connection Student Challenge 2014 from The Fresh Connection, SVH Sociale Hygiene from SVH (Stichting Vakbekwaamheid Horeca) in 2008, and a Chinese language course from Fudan University in 2006.
