Lee Hayes possesses extensive experience in international tax and strategy, currently serving as the Director of International Tax & Strategy at Natura & Co since October 2020. Prior to this role, Lee held various positions at Avon, including Senior Manager and Corporate Tax Manager, from January 2015 to September 2020. Lee's career in tax began at Grant Thornton UK LLP, where responsibilities ranged from Corporate Tax Associate to Manager from August 2007 to December 2014. Lee holds a degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Leicester.
