Yan Zhang is an experienced educator and administrator with a robust background in early childhood education. Currently serving as a Partner in a self-employed capacity since August 2017, Yan previously held the position of Principal at JIinXiuBowen Kindergarten from May 2010 to September 2016, where significant contributions included designing the school’s CIS and harmonizing its organizational culture. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Director at Bingchangtian Kindergarten from July 2006 to April 2010, achieving an exceptional parent satisfaction rate of approximately 99% in the district. Yan Zhang holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from the Illinois Institute of Technology and two additional master's degrees in Education Administration and a bachelor's degree in Kindergarten/Preschool Education and Teaching from Nanjing Normal University and Yang Zhou University, respectively.
