Patrick Clark serves as Chief Legal Officer and Managing Director at Orbian since November 2023, overseeing the global legal function. Prior experience includes Deputy Chief Legal Officer at Stenn Technologies, where responsibilities encompassed product-related legal matters and cross-departmental support. As General Counsel and Company Secretary at Tungsten Corporation Plc, Clark managed legal and compliance for the global business, notably leading M&A activities. Previous roles also feature Partner and Head of Telecoms at Taylor Wessing, Lead Corporate Counsel for North Europe at Alcatel-Lucent, and legal advisory position at CCA. Clark holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Exeter, completed in 1993.
