Justine Fox currently serves as Legal Counsel and Global Head of Data Protection at BW Group, a position held since July 2019, which involves advising on investment opportunities, corporate acquisitions, and family office operations. Prior experience includes working as a Registered Foreign Lawyer at DLA Piper, specializing in insolvency and restructuring across Asia, and holding solicitor roles at Ashurst and Dentons focused on similar specializations. Justine Fox has a foundational experience as a paralegal and completed practical legal training at DibbsBarker. Educational qualifications include an ongoing LLB from the University of Sydney and a dual degree of LLB/LP and BBiotech (Honours) from Flinders University, alongside completing the SACE at Seymour College.
