Chris Gilbert has extensive experience in customer success and service management roles. Currently, they are the Director of Customer Success at Opus IVS - US, where they oversee the onboarding team, manages customer retention, and maintains customer satisfaction. Prior to this, they worked at Link Engineering Company as an Account Manager, where they built and managed a sales pipeline and developed service opportunities for industrial testing equipment. Chris also served as the Director of Service at the same company, responsible for the P & L of the service organization and implementing efficient processes. Before that, Chris was the Director of Service Delivery at Hollander, leading a service organization and managing technical support call centers. Chris also held the position of Director of Field Service at AudaExplore, where they managed a team and implemented service plans for maximizing customer value. Chris began their career at ADP as a Field Service Representative and later became a Sr. Field Service Manager, focusing on product knowledge, client interaction, and team development. Chris started their professional journey as an HR Intern at Sun Technicom.

Chris Gilbert obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Human Resources Management from Western Michigan University - Haworth College of Business. This degree was earned between 1992 and 1997. In addition, Chris earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in MBA from Eastern Michigan University between 2011 and 2013. In February 2017, Chris acquired a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from New Horizons Computer Learning Centers.
