Jack Sweetman is an experienced technical support engineer at Options Technology since March 2022. Prior to this role, Jack worked as a delivery driver at Domino's from March 2021 to March 2022, where customer service and organizational skills were developed. Jack also delivered parcels for Amazon Flex between June 2018 and February 2020, emphasizing time management and customer interaction. As a volunteer at Haven House Children's Hospice from March 2016 to June 2018, Jack operated tills and processed payments while maintaining professionalism in customer service. Additionally, Jack completed a short internship as a financial analyst at Greater Pacific Capital in July 2017, gaining insight into the finance industry.
