Mateusz Kościelniak began their work experience in 2018 as a Software Development Intern at Savangard. From 2019 onwards, they joined Datumo as a Software Developer, where they were responsible for developing web applications and custom data collectors for clients in the healthcare, gaming, and telco industries. Mateusz then transitioned to the role of Data Engineer at Datumo, where they developed a Big Data solution using Spark and Databricks for an insurance industry client and also worked on a data integration team for a healthcare sector client.

Mateusz Kościelniak obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Politechnika Częstochowska, where they studied from 2016 to 2020. Prior to that, they completed a Technician degree in Computer Science at Techniczne Zakłady Naukowe w Częstochowie, studying from 2012 to 2016. In addition, Mateusz Kościelniak acquired a certification in Databricks Accredited Lakehouse Platform Fundamentals from Databricks in June 2023.
