Dave Smith has a strong background in sales and marketing, particularly in the automotive industry. Dave started their career at Ford Motor Company, where they worked as a Lincoln Quality Care Manager from 1985 to 1991. Dave then moved to Toyota Motor Sales, where they held the position of Regional Sales and Merchandising Manager from 1991 to 1994. Following their time at Toyota, they joined Campbell-Ewald as the SVP of Experiential Marketing, a role they held for 15 years until 2010.
In 2010, they joined George P. Johnson as the Executive Director of Client Services, responsible for new business development and client service across Fortune 100 targets. Later that year, they joined EEI Global as the EVP of Client Services, where they focused on driving the company's vision of "Defining the Next Generation of Experience Marketing". In 2015, they joined OptimizeRX Corporation as the VP of Client Services, leading sales management, marketing, and business development efforts for the company.
Most recently, in 2017, they joined DriveShopUSA as the Vice President of Business Development, helping the company establish itself as a leading engagement marketing and content services agency serving the automotive industry.
Dave Smith attended the University at Buffalo from 1978 to 1983, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with a focus on Business/Marketing.
