Michael Self is an experienced professional in customer insights and sport performance analytics, currently serving as the Associate Director of Customer Insights at Sword Health since March 2022. Prior to this role, Michael held various positions at Sharecare from July 2019 to March 2022, including Manager of Client Reporting, where responsibilities encompassed providing analytical support and generating insights for health plan and employer clients. Michael's expertise also extends to sports, having worked as a Senior Sport Performance Consultant at Impellia and as a Sport Performance Analyst for the Nashville Predators, where skills in data analysis, athlete monitoring, and metric evaluation were applied to enhance performance. Michael's educational background includes a Master of Science in Exercise Physiology from Middle Tennessee State University and a Bachelor of Science in Health and Human Performance from Cumberland University.
