Juan Carlos Parra has an extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Juan Carlos started their career in 2010 with Oaks Hotels & Resorts as an Operations Manager and worked there until 2013. Following that, they joined AHS Hospitality - a Chandler Macleod Group Business as an Operations Manager in 2013 and held the position until 2017. Juan Carlos then joined Sodexo in 2017 as an Operations Manager / Hospitality, where they worked until 2018. Currently, they are working at Optii, where they started in 2018 as the Director of Operations / Customer Success Manager APAC and later transitioned to the role of Global Customer Success Director, starting in January 2022.

Juan Carlos Parra attended Universidad Rafael Belloso Chacín from 1999 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Business.
