Phuong Pham has a diverse work experience in the field of quality assurance and software testing. They began their career at http://www.thegoldsoft.com/ as a Software Tester for the Pro Gold Manufacture project, focusing on bill of material. They then joined DXC Technology Vietnam as a Quality Control Engineer. After that, Phuong worked at Foody Corp as a Senior QA/QC Engineer, where they were responsible for training new employees, manual testing, bug tracking, requirement research, and test case improvement. Phuong is currently employed at OPSWAT as a Senior QA Engineer.

Phuong Pham completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at Ton Duc Thang University from 2010 to 2015. In 2016, Phuong obtained a certification in the Testing Fresher Program from DXC Technology Vietnam. In 2015, Phuong obtained a certification in Global software talent for testing from FPT Software. Furthermore, in 2019, Phuong obtained multiple certifications from OPSWAT including OPSWAT Certified MetaAccess Associate, OPSWAT Certified MetaDefender Associate, OPSWAT Certified Secure Data Workflow Associate, OPSWAT Critical Infrastructure Protection Associate, and OPSWAT Philosophy and Core Technologies.
