Diana Ferguson has over two decades of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment across various sectors. Currently serving as VP of Talent Acquisition for Technology Solutions and Services at OppenheimerFunds since December 2013, Diana focuses on shaping recruiting strategies for a prominent asset manager known for innovative investment approaches. Prior experiences include roles as Vice President and Executive Recruiter at Wells Fargo, where Diana played a key role in acquiring top talent for several corporate departments. Additional positions held span across business development and recruitment management at organizations such as Employer Services Group, Saillant Consulting Group, and Automatic Data Processing (ADP). Diana holds a Certificate in Human Resources Transformation from Cornell University and attended San Diego State University.
