Their most recent position was at GoCardless as a Senior Talent Manager, which they started in February 2019 and held until October 2021. After that, they took on several senior-level positions within GoCardless, including Head of Talent Strategy & Operations, Director Talent Strategy, Operations & Experience, and currently serve as Director of Talent Acquisition, which they started in September 2022.
