Stan Trofimchuk (Martin) has a long and varied work experience. In 2000, they were a Network/System Administrator and Lecturer at Mykolaiv State University, where they designed and built a local area network domain for 9 computer labs, assembled 50+ desktop PCs from loose parts, and installed a proxy server, firewall, and mail server. In 2003, they became the CEO of OxygenWorks, where they achieved great success working with international clients and completed development of 200+ web products, creating jobs for more than 10 local professionals in the web development industry. In 2006, they became a System Administrator at Carabin Shaw, P.C., where they significantly improved employee collaboration by designing, building, and supporting a new networked computer environment for a main office and 11 branches across Texas. In 2007, they became a Project Manager at Web Design Center. In 2009, they became the Owner of P.A.R.T.S. LLC., a company they started and ran for over 5 years while having a full-time job, growing it from zero to $1M+/year revenue with a successful exit. In 2016, they became a Senior System Administrator at Global Process Automation. In 2017, they became the Founder of IT Works (Wilmington). In 2018, they became the Co-Founder of opiAID, LLC and the Technical Director of AI Bridge. In 2019, they became the Owner of Trofim Holdings.

Stan Trofimchuk (Martin) began their educational journey in 1996, when they completed a Certificate of completion: Economics and Management course at the Lyceum of Economics in Nikolaev, Ukraine. Stan then went on to pursue a Master of Science (M.S.) in Computer Science at the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, which they completed in 2003.
