Susan Thomas has extensive experience in business analysis and IT management within the healthcare and technology sectors. Currently serving as Lead for Applications at Healthcare Insurance Reciprocal of Canada (HIROC) since October 2007, Susan is involved in strategic planning and operational management. Prior to this role, Susan held various positions at Cognizant Technology Solutions, INDUS SYSTEMS, Complete Innovations, and MedNet UAE FZ LLC, where responsibilities included gathering business requirements, managing IT operations, and data warehousing.
