Dana Marohn Spiliotis is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in strategic finance, corporate development, and investment. Currently serving as an Investing Partner and Limited Partner at Operator Collective since 2023, Dana is also an independent advisor and investor in technology companies. Previously, Dana held the position of Senior Vice President of Strategic Finance and Corporate Development at ZoomInfo from 2020 to 2023, leading M&A and capital markets initiatives. With roles including Vice President at Morgan Stanley and Senior Associate at Table Rock Capital, Dana has been instrumental in various IPO and M&A transactions. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Biology & Society from Cornell University, a Master of Public Administration from Harvard University, and an MBA with a focus in Finance from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
