Mark Hale has a long history of work experience, beginning in 2000 with Interwoven, Inc. where they held the role of Vice President of Worldwide Field Marketing. From 2005 to 2007, they were the Chief Technology Officer of Before the Call, Inc. and the Chief Executive Officer of OrangeMafia. In 2007, they joined Demandforce, Inc. - An Intuit Company as their Chief Technology Officer. In 2015, they founded Bitcoin Jet, became an Investor for It's On Me, and an Advisor and Investor for GrandCanal Solutions, Inc. In 2016, they founded \u5317\u4eac\u65b9\u5174\u4f18\u4ed8\u79d1\u6280\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8. Finally, in 2020, they became a Trustee for The Falcon Foundation - USAF Academy.

Mark Hale obtained a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering between 1987 and 1991. Mark then earned a Master of Aerospace from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1991 and 1992. In 1993, they began their Doctorate of Aerospace at the Georgia Institute of Technology, which they completed in 1996. In 1991, Mark Hale also obtained their Professional Engineer certification.
