Costas Hoplaros has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Costas started their career at Microsoft Corporation as a Usability Engineer in 1999. Costas then joined eCollege as a Human Factors Engineer, where they created the corporate website and contributed to the development of online education software. In 2001, Costas moved to Lucent Technologies as a Human Factors Engineer, where they created the Graphical User Interface for Billing and Customer Care products and helped establish product guidelines. Costas later joined Datatech Business Solutions Ltd as a Usability Engineer/User Experience Specialist, responsible for usability testing and user experience design. Since 2008, they have been working at OpenWay, starting as a Business Analyst before becoming a Senior Business Analyst, Project Manager, and currently a Pre-Sales Consultant.
Costas Hoplaros received their education at Florida International University and Acropolis Lyceum. From 1997 to 1999, they pursued a master's degree in Human Factors/HCI, earning an MSIE. Prior to that, from 1994 to 1997, they completed their bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, obtaining a BEng. Costas'searlier education includes studying at Acropolis Lyceum from 1987 to 1989, although the specific degree and field of study are unknown.
