Joseph Sirchak has a diverse work experience starting from their current position as a QA Engineer at OpenVPN Inc., where they perform regression testing on various platforms and documents bugs. Prior to this, they worked as a Network Integration Engineer at AllStars-IT Ukraine, where they integrated network solutions and conducted tests for large-scale subscriber services. Joseph also held the role of Technical Support Team Lead at SupportYourApp, providing technical support for a VPN-based SaaS product and overseeing a team of 8 members. Before entering the IT field, Joseph was self-employed in an agricultural business, supplying produce to resellers and managing international customer contacts. Joseph'searlier experiences include work as a Process Engineer at W.E.T. Automotive Systems AG, deploying cost-saving laser cutters and conducting research on production cost efficiency, as well as an Information Technology Technician role at Flex, where they handled help desk cases and maintained IT infrastructure.

Joseph Sirchak completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Academician Stepan Demianchuk International University of Economics and Humanities in 2012. Joseph has also obtained additional certifications, including AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in June 2022 and CCNA from Cisco in June 2020.
