Glany Saldanha started working as a Software Engineer at Flexiresources in August 2008. During this role, they worked on web development projects and directly interacted with clients from the UK and Mauritius. Glany analyzed project requirements, created project plans, and maintained regular communication with clients to provide project updates. Glany worked at Flexiresources until August 2010.

In September 2010, Glany joined Fintellix Solutions (formerly iCreate) as a Product Engineer. Glany was responsible for developing Bizscore, an Enterprise Product of iCreate, using Java, JSP, and Hibernation. Glany also designed and implemented functionality requirements and managed project databases and resources. Glany held this role until March 2013 when they were promoted to Senior Consultant. Glany continued in this role until March 2017 when they became the Lead Product Consultant. At Fintellix Solutions, Glany worked on various projects and played a significant role in their development and implementation.

In September 2011, Glany joined Capitec Bank as a Product Consultant. In this role, they planned and designed modules and WCF services using Enterprise Architect. Glany collaborated with business analysts to understand module functionalities, workflows, and validations. Glany then delegated tasks to developers and explained the functionalities of the modules. Glany remained in this position until March 2018.

Glany's most recent position is Senior Software Developer at Clever Devices, where they have been working since August 2018.

Glany Saldanha completed a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communications from The Oxford College of Engineering from 2002 to 2006.
