Mark Dansie is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data center transformation and project management. Currently serving as OCP Ready Lead and Data Center Transformation Specialist at the Open Compute Project Foundation since January 2016, Mark has been instrumental in developing the 'Colo Facility Guidelines for Open Racks' and a quality checklist to assist both tenants and operators in accommodating OCP IT gear. Additionally, Mark holds the role of OpenUK Ambassador and has been a Data Centre Transformation Specialist at Inflectiontech Limited since February 1987. Early career experience includes positions as Customer Engineer at Hewlett-Packard and Systems Engineer at Printing Developments International Ltd, along with a background as Electronics Technician at Negretti & Zambra (Aviation) Ltd. Mark holds certifications in ITIL® Foundation and PRINCE2® Project Management, complemented by a diverse education in technology and management from various institutions.
