Sandra McLellan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational effectiveness and rewards management. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President at OpenText since July 2019, Sandra oversees global talent and reward initiatives for a workforce of over 15,000 across 34 countries. Prior to this role, Sandra was the Managing Director of the North America Rewards Practice at Willis Towers Watson, where responsibilities included leading Total Rewards consulting engagements. Additional experience includes serving as HR Director at Baxter Healthcare, where Sandra established salary and benefits infrastructure, and holding the position of Director of Compensation, Benefits & Organizational Effectiveness at Amgen International, where an international compensation framework was developed. Sandra's career began as a Senior Compensation Consultant at Towers Watson. Sandra holds an MBA from Simon Fraser University and a Bachelor of Commerce from McMaster University.
