Sondeep Sanghera is a seasoned talent acquisition and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEI&B) professional with extensive experience in shaping recruiting strategies across various industries. Currently serving as Manager of Talent Acquisition & DEI&B at OpenSpace since August 2022, Sondeep effectively scaled a recruiting team and implemented cost-saving measures, achieving significant financial savings. Previously, Sondeep held the position of Director of Global Recruiting at Copado, where leadership was demonstrated over a global team and a shift from external recruitment models resulted in substantial cost reductions. Earlier roles include Recruiting Manager at Wipro, Technical Recruiter at Volt, and Senior Development Recruiter at Robert Half, among others. Sondeep began a career in banking with JP Morgan Chase Bank and started professional development as a Sales Lead at Best Buy. Sondeep holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Indiana University Indianapolis.
