Jane Ryan is a seasoned IT leader with extensive experience in service management and process improvement. Currently serving as Director of the IT Service Excellence Office at Johnson Controls, Ryan oversees the evaluation and implementation of efficiencies within Service Management and IT Asset Management. Previously, as VP of Client Solutions at FarWell, Ryan developed strategic plans for partner support, generating significant sales growth. At Spectrum Brands, Ryan directed IT service management initiatives, executed a comprehensive cloud strategy, and managed a substantial budget, while also leading transformative efforts at Whirlpool Corporation and Target. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a degree in Adult Education and Spanish, Ryan has progressively held various leadership roles in the IT sector since the late 1980s.
