Carla Savelli-Shaw is an experienced professional with a background in client relationship management and user research. At Opencast, Carla held the roles of Client Relationship Manager and Senior User Researcher. Previously, at Atos, Carla was involved as People Transformation Manager for Northern Europe in the FS&I sector and also served as Business Support Manager in the BTS division. Carla began their career as a Customer Sales Advisor at New Look, demonstrating a strong foundation in customer service and support.
