Jerry Lau has been working in the software engineering industry since 2015. Jerry began their career at Turing.com as a Full Stack Engineer (NodeJS/ReactJS), where they developed the backend and frontend of the web service. In 2018, they joined Pitchflow as a Frontend Engineer, where they offered technical advice and solutions for team members and implemented server side rendering with Node.js and Express. In 2019, they began working at Cobbles as a Full Stack Engineer (NodeJS/ReactJS) and at ARK Ecosystem as a Full Stack Engineer, where they developed the web/mobile/desktop wallet application using ReactJS, React Native, ElectronJS, and TailwindCSS, as well as designed and developed the UI of the block explorer. In 2021, Jerry began working at Openbay: Auto Repair Made Simple as a Senior Software Engineer, at Dreamium Labs as a Full Stack Developer, and at Neatleaf as a Senior Software Engineer.

Jerry Lau attended the University of Utah from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
