Pavel Shoba is a Quality Assurance Engineer currently working at Neotech Development since November 2023. With extensive experience in QA roles, Pavel previously held positions at Monterosa from May 2021 to September 2023, where responsibilities included testing mobile and web applications for a real-time engagement platform, implementing automated testing, and participating in customer meetings. Prior to that, Pavel worked at System Technologies from September 2017 to May 2021 as a QA Engineer and QA Lead, managing a team and conducting various testing activities for banking applications. Pavel holds a Master's degree in Labour Psychology and Ergonomics, as well as an Engineer's degree in Information Technology and Management from Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics, supplemented by a Technician-technologist degree from Minsk Radioengineering College.
