Karolis Kosas is an experienced Product Designer, currently working at OpenAI since August 2023. Before this role, Karolis served as a Product Designer at Stripe from April 2018 to August 2023 and co-founded ANCHOVY, where involvement spanned from September 2014 to July 2023. Additional experience includes serving as Art Director at Rapt Studio, Product Designer (consultant) at CUJO, and Creative Director at YPlan. Earlier positions include UX/UI Designer at MUBI and Senior Designer at Rapt Studio and Mende Design. Karolis also has academic experience as an Adjunct Professor at the California College of the Arts. Educational qualifications include a Master of Fine Arts in Visual Communication from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from Vilniaus Dailes Akademija.
