Si Min Lee is a seasoned design professional currently serving as a Member of the Design Staff at Anthropic since March 2024. Previously, Si Min held various roles in product design at Retool from November 2022 to March 2024, and at Zendesk from September 2016 to November 2022, where responsibilities included managing the product design team and leading significant design projects, notably enhancing the integration of web and chat widgets and redesigning the mobile app interface. Si Min co-founded Groovee in 2016, securing seed funding for its development, and has gained additional experience as a freelance designer for DBS Bank and an intern at Donn Koh Studio and the Ministry of Manpower. Si Min holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial and Product Design from the National University of Singapore and participated in an exchange program at Delft University of Technology in Industrial Design Engineering.
