Shuya Gong is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in design, systems change, and innovative ventures. Currently serving as the Open Data Standard Partnerships & Community Manager at Open Supply Hub, Shuya focuses on building partnerships and community engagement to support a global data standard. As Creative Director at IDEO CoLab Ventures and Co-Founder of Maybe Ventures, Shuya applies experiential design methods for regenerative projects. With a strong academic background from Harvard University in Mechanical Engineering, Shuya has held several significant roles, including Design Innovation Fellow at the Harvard John A. Paulson School of Engineering and Applied Sciences, Expert-in-Residence at Harvard Innovation Labs, and various positions at IDEO, where systemic design and prototyping were key responsibilities. Additional contributions include technical co-founding at Unsize, a venture in inclusive fashion technology, and involvement in fellowships and educational initiatives focusing on design and engineering.
