Kate Mohen is an experienced customer service and operations professional with a background in project management, data analytics, and team leadership. Currently serving as the Customer Service Operations Project Manager at OOFOS, Kate oversees operational support for E-Commerce Customer Care and Wholesale Customer Service teams. Previous roles at OOFOS included managing a team of customer care agents and serving as a Customer Care Specialist. Kate also gained experience at Curly Girl Design, CVS Health, and various positions in the food and retail sectors, including graphic design internships and a teaching role at Nazareth College. Kate holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Design and Visual Communications from Nazareth University.
