Lauren Pasut, CHRP, serves as the Director & Senior Business Partner Lead at Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan since September 2018, where responsibilities include advising senior leaders on HR matters, developing strategic workforce plans, and facilitating change management initiatives. Prior experience includes positions at Deloitte Canada from 2011 to 2018, culminating as Senior Manager, Talent Advisor, focusing on talent strategies and leadership development. Earlier roles include Human Resources Advisor at Hatch Ltd and a cooperative placement at Halcrow Yolles, as well as an HR Associate position at Blockbuster Canada Co. Lauren holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Organizational Studies from Western University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Humber College, and completed a Women in Leadership program at the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management.
