Julia Codron has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Julia began their career as a Junior Consultant at Ethic-table / HEC in 2013. Julia then worked as an M&A Analyst Intern at Natixis in 2014 and as a Private Equity Analyst Intern at Sagard in 2015. In 2016, they interned as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at J.P. Morgan. Julia Codron then joined J.P. Morgan as an Investment Banking Analyst in 2017, specializing in Diversified Industries. Julia later joined Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan in 2020, initially as an Investment Associate in Private Capital and later became an Investment Principal in the same division.
Julia Codron's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Physical Sciences from Albert de Mun, which they obtained between 2003 and 2010. Following this, they pursued Classes Préparatoires aux Grandes Ecoles at Intégrale from 2010 to 2012. Julia later attended HEC Paris from 2012 to 2016, where they completed a Master's in Finance Grande École. In 2013, they also participated in an exchange semester at the University of Mannheim, focusing on Business Administration and Management as well as Finance. Most recently, in 2022, Julia completed the CFA Institute Certificate in ESG Investing.
