Vivek Uniyal is an experienced professional in service delivery and customer service management, currently serving as the Chief Service Delivery Officer at Onsitego since October 2021. Previously, Vivek held significant roles including Head of Customer Service at Panasonic India Pvt Ltd from March 2016 to April 2021, and Head of Customer Service at PE Electronics from September 2010 to February 2016. Earlier career experience includes serving as DGM of Customer Service at Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. from May 2000 to September 2010, and as Br Service Manager at BPL from May 1994 to May 2000. Vivek holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from YCCE, Nagpur, completed between 1989 and 1993.
