Selina Suarez, MBA, currently serves as the Global Head of RiseUp with ServiceNow and DEI Partnerships, leading initiatives to enhance technical training and support for underrepresented groups. As a board member at Black Girls Code, Selina provides strategic oversight to empower Black girls in technology. Selina is also an advisory member for Indian River State College's Computer Information Technology & Cyber Security Advisory Council and serves as Board Chair/Founder and Executive Director at PepUp Tech, where initiatives focus on computer science education for underrepresented communities. With certifications from Pragmatic Marketing, Scrum Alliance, and extensive consulting experience with Salesforce.org, Selina has held various leadership roles in product management and development, particularly in the education sector. Selina holds an MBA from St. John’s University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Monroe University.
