Marc Rouhana began their work experience in 2002 as a System Network Administrator at Siemens, where they worked until 2004. Following this, they joined T-Mobile as part of the SAP Center of Excellence from 2004 to 2008. In 2008, Rouhana moved to Winshuttle, initially working in Product Management for RPA, Master Data Management, and Governance until 2013. Marc then transitioned to a Product Management Executive role at Winshuttle, where they stayed until 2019. In 2019, Rouhana co-founded OnScreen and served as the CEO.

Marc Rouhana completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Management Information Systems, General from the University of Massachusetts Lowell from 1998 to 2002. It is unclear if they pursued any further education at the University of Tampa - John H. Sykes College of Business, as no degree or field of study is specified. Marc Rouhana also obtained various certifications, including Cyber Essentials, Certified Scrum Master, Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®), Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®), and a Pragmatic Marketing Product Management Certification.
