Patty Groman, PHR, serves as SVP, Chief People Officer at OnPoint Community Credit Union since January 2023, bringing extensive experience in human resources leadership across various industries. Previously, Patty held positions at Columbia Grain International as Vice President of Human Resources, and at Integrity Air, LLC as Interim Director of Human Resources. At Opus Agency, Patty advanced from Sr. Director to Vice President of Human Resources, overseeing comprehensive HR operations and initiatives. Additional roles include Human Resource Manager at Audigy Group and Human Resource Business Partner at Xenium HR, among others. Patty's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Human Resources from Portland State University, and ongoing studies at the Pacific Coast Banking School.
