Sanjay Lobo MBE has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Sanjay is currently serving as the Chief onHander at onHand • the impact app, where they oversee employee engagement in volunteering and sustainability initiatives. Prior to this, they were a NED at Investors in People. Sanjay also founded Wolf Factory and held various leadership positions at Vista, including VP Marketing and VP Partnerships across North America and Europe. Sanjay has also worked at lastminute.com, Travelocity, Sabre Corporation, and Olswang (now CMS) in legal and solicitor roles.
