Elisabeth Young, CHRS, SSYB, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and human resources. Currently serving as the Manager of Customer Success for the East Coast at OneSource Virtual since October 2017, Elisabeth has effectively built strong relationships with customers on the Workday Platform, managing a significant revenue stream of $28M and achieving a 94% year-over-year retention rate through successful contract negotiations. Prior to this role, Elisabeth worked at ADP from October 2002 to October 2017 as an ADP WorkforceNow Service Manager, where Elisabeth led a team of 13 Human Resources and Payroll Consultants, addressing escalated client issues and implementing action plans for resolution.
