Justin Mandurano's work experience starts with their current role as an Engineering Manager at OneScreen.AI, where they focus on solving the dilemma of rising online ad costs and declining ROI.

Previously, they worked at ConnectWise, where they held multiple roles. As a Software Engineering Manager, they spearheaded integration efforts between internal systems and Salesforce, consolidated data for the marketing and sales teams, and acted as the team's DevOps expert. As a Senior Software Engineer, they designed and launched internal applications to improve the quality of data for decision-making processes, and led a digital transformation project to enhance lead generation and simplification of processes.

Before ConnectWise, they worked as a Design Engineer at AAMP of America, where they constructed web-based business applications and established a ticketing system for technical support and engineering teams.

Justin also served as an Automation Engineer at Novelis, where they designed and implemented a project on time and within budget. Additionally, they leveraged cutting-edge technologies in software architecture, development, testing, and integration.

Furthermore, they gained experience as a Volunteer Teaching Assistant at Stony Brook University, providing coursework assistance and designing testing stations for rapid functionality testing.

At GE Transportation, as a Lean Coordinator Intern, they contributed to the relocation of the OHV sub-assembly line, drafted and published standard work processes, and tracked progress using Value Stream Maps.

Lastly, they started their career as a General Manager at Domino's Pizza.

Justin Mandurano earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electrical Engineering from Stony Brook University, where they studied from 2009 to 2012. Justin then pursued further education and is currently enrolled at Saint Leo University, where they are expected to complete a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Cybersecurity by 2023. Alongside their formal education, Justin has obtained additional certifications including Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in March 2020, and AWS Certified Developer - Associate from Amazon Web Services in May 2018.
