Annie Wagner is currently an Associate in Development at OneEnergy. Prior to this, they were a Business Development Representative at Zendesk from March 2021 to September 2021. Before that, they were a Volunteer at Dane County Humane Society from June 2019 to March 2020. Annie has also been with Girl Scouts of Wisconsin - Badgerland Council since January 2019, first as an Americorps Member from January 2019 to September 2019, and then as a New Membership Recruitment Specialist from September 2019 to present. In this role, they are responsible for planning, attending, and managing events to grow Girl Scouts. Annie also establishes connections between Girl Scouts and community programs, schools, and other organizations through community outreach. Additionally, Annie runs programming in STEM, Outdoors, Entrepreneurship, and Life Skills. Prior to their work with Girl Scouts, Annie was a Research Assistant with the Prejudice and In-Group Relations Lab from September 2018 to May 2019.

Annie Wagner's educational career includes a Bachelor's degree in Rehabilitation Psychology and Special Education from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, a certificate in Leadership from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a certificate in African Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Annie also has certification from LinkedIn in Communicating Nonverbally, Content Marketing Foundations, and Lead Generation Foundations.

They are on a team with Blake Bjornson - Associate Director, Development, Tanner Gillespie - Associate, Development, and Adam Kowalski - Manager, Development. Annie Wagner reports to Eric Udelhofen, Director, Development.
