Nicole Neal is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in creating and enhancing employee experiences across various organizations. Currently serving as Executive Vice President, Employee Xperience at One10 since December 2018, Nicole leads HR, Internal Communications, and Facilities, while spearheading significant cultural initiatives such as the Total Rewards philosophy and the inaugural Voices of One10 engagement survey. Previous roles include Vice President of Human Resources at Goodwill Easter Seals Miami Valley, Strategic Business HR Leader at Cargill, and Human Resources Director at Defense Research Associates. Nicole began their career in human resources consulting, building foundational HR systems for multiple organizations. Holding a BSBA in Human Resources from Aquinas College, Nicole’s strategic leadership has consistently contributed to organizational growth and employee satisfaction.
