Shristy Sonal has a diverse work experience in the field of public relations and digital marketing. Shristy started their career as a Trainee at Doordarshan Kendra in May 2018. Shristy then worked as a Public Relations Specialist at Work Studio Coworking for a month in June 2018. In 2020, they joined IMS Learning Resources Pvt. Ltd. as a Digital Marketing Intern for two months. Shristy is currently employed at Adfactors PR, where they started as a Trainee Account Executive in June 2021. Shristy later progressed to the role of Associate Account Executive in December 2021, and then became an Account Executive in July 2022. Shristy is currently holding the position of Account Executive at Adfactors PR.

Shristy Sonal pursued a Master's degree in Public Relation and Event Management from Amity University from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from St. Xavier's College of Management & Technology, which took place from 2016 to 2019.
