Chanel Costabir is an experienced professional with a background in retail and logistics innovation consulting, project management, environmental sustainability innovation, last mile delivery innovation, head of smart home delivery, business innovation lead and co-founder of Receva, and eCommerce delivery automation innovation.

In 2020, Chanel Costabir founded and became the CEO of One Key Access. From 2019 to 2020, Chanel was self-employed as a retail and logistics innovation consultant. In 2019, Chanel was a Project Manager at Catapult. From 2017 to 2019, Chanel was at Australia Post, where they held various roles including Environmental Sustainability Innovation, Last Mile Delivery Innovation, Head of Smart Home Delivery, Business Innovation Lead & Co-Founder of Receva, and eCommerce Delivery Automation Innovation.

From 2010 to 2017, Chanel was the Founder & Director of The Lingerie Boutique, where they identified a gap in the Australian market for luxurious lingerie and fitting advice. Chanel created a predictive shopping advisor platform, including ‘how to’ advice guides that increased eCommerce conversions by 17%.

Chanel Costabir completed a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) at Victoria University in 2011. From 2006 to 2010, they completed a dual degree in Bachelor of Business (Marketing) & Bachelor of Psychology with a focus in Consumer Behaviour. Chanel also attended Melbourne School of Fashion from 2007 to 2008 to study Fashion Business.
