Kevin Bissell has extensive experience in the field of information technology, currently serving as ITIC at One Call Concepts since May 2001, where responsibilities include giving presentations and training for the online submission of dig notifications across Hawaii, Montana, Oregon, and Washington. Prior to this role, Kevin worked at Safeway Inc from January 1999 to May 2001. Kevin Bissell holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix, completed online from 2006 to 2009.
