Jolena Ware has extensive experience in customer service and team management, currently serving as an ITIC Coordinator at One Call Concepts since September 2007, where responsibilities include overseeing call center operations and ensuring both team and customer satisfaction. Previous roles at One Call Concepts included Office Supervisor and Quality Control team member, focused on ticket processing accuracy. Before this, Jolena worked as a Cook/Driver at Carbones Pizza, contributing to operational management and customer service, and as Head Cashier at South St. Paul Rod & Gun Club, handling various operational responsibilities. Jolena holds a high school diploma from Simley High School, graduated in 2002.
