Sophia Byfield-Rich is a seasoned finance professional with a variety of experience in finance and real estate industries. Sophia currently holds the position of Director of Finance (Revenue) at One Brooklyn Health and Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center. Throughout their career, Sophia has worked at companies such as Exit All Seasons Realty, Magellan Health, Remax Metro Realty, Morgan Stanley, and Jefferies & Company. Sophia also held leadership roles at the National Association of Black Accountants (NABA) and has a BBA in Accounting from Baruch College.
